Trains, trains n many more trains.. :)

What makes the world go...
What makes the night go n dawn to come..
What happens when nothing seems to happen..
There are many such questions which carry no meaning to those who are busy in the hustle-bustle of life.

It's just a matter of perspective,
For some the glass may be half filled,
Others may notice the emptiness inside it..
Life returns exactly what we give to it, so awareness about what we give to it makes the entire difference..

You might be wondering by now where are my thoughts escorting me to this time,,
Well..my response to such a query is that when major elements that bother you much start solving with time (with your own efforts of course) you start noticing minor things which might have gone unnoticed with your usual mind set up..you're right if you say I'm talking about the priority which we set in our minds for our lives..
In such efforts to get things done we forget to enjoy much simpler events which cost nothing but give you too much in return.

Few days back, as usual my sudden arousal of displeasure to see my son watching trains on the YouTube channel on the internet made him upset too. I simply fail to understand what knowledge he derives from such useless drama of watching trains, trains and plenty of more trains..I wish he could take interest in much better things which are available for his age group.. unaware of my fair n noble intentions n the ordeal I've to go through, he continues to enjoy his trains, making me wonder if he lands up into a career related to trains one day..

Will be back again to share more with you all soon..

Take the world in your stride...

Kids can be a great source of learning, and I'm learning these days from my two year old son...
Every evening, the moment he gets up, he brings his Crocs (footwear) from the rack and asks to help him wear them.
Soon, we are both outside on the way to children's park.
He has his own pace (faster than myself) which he refuses to bring down, and in this attempt he even stumbles and again gets up without a complaint, lest he'll be taken into my arms and not allowed to walk.
Every time he falls, he stands and walks ( better say, runs) with a speed greater than the previous one.
And by the time, we reach our destination his joy knows no bounds...
The different colors, the varied faces, the soothing smiles, i wish I could hold more....such a bounty!!!
The joy to play, the mirth to sing, the curiosity to know more about the surrounding world through his eyes...Blessings indeed!!!

Happy Navratras

Today 's morning is relaxing....no hurry, no rush to reach on time.....as today is a holiday for all of us.
Still, i'm on call, as i've been given charge of the emergency lab....n machines can go wrong any time....n they have to keep going....so emergency can land at any hour.....have to ring and ask about the status almost every next hour.... cannot go anywhere out of town !
Fasting starts from today on wards....i simply enjoy these days.....changing weather to cooler side....festivals approaching...religious atmosphere everywhere....gives a 'feel good' feeling, making me more productive at both home and work front.
With that the need to make an annual cleaning schedule....more work ahead !
Right from curtains to wardrobes to other unapproachable corners which go unattended for the rest of the year call one's attention and maintenance....the list is endless.
Wishing you all "Happy Navratras" and happy times ahead.....

I'm finally back...

All these days I was missing my blog and blog partners very much, though not a single post succeeded publication.
Things have changed, and so have I.
Let's hope for some better posts in future!
Now, whenever I thought about writing something , one topic prevailed my mind...and that was concerned with a negative aspect of internet usage, and that is "Cyber stalking".
Few months back I was unaware of such thing until I experienced it myself.
It can be very scary indeed, and has its own consequences on the psyche.
Day in and out, my mind was overpowered by its thoughts and nothing else seemed important.
This all led me into reading anything and everything available which dealt with this topic on the net.
You may call it an 'over reaction', and may be you're right!
As everything has its pros and cons, this new experience gave me something different  to share with my readers.
My next post will deal with the same...
Till then,
Bye.

Longing to be back...

Summers are back and duty timings from 9 to 4 will shrink to 8 to 2 from 16th April onwards. Days already seem brighter and longer...
My li'l kid has grown bigger and elder son going to his new class...
Things change so suddenly...each moment contributing to day, week, month and year...I'm turning nostalgic...though I'm afraid I don't want to.
My last post was in December but due to one reason or the other I was unable to post.
Lately, I have been put into certain circumstances which were an amalgamation of happiness, sadness, hatred and love. All in one. Still, I'm pleased with what I've achieved.
I lack courage to confront with the same thing again...but yes, I do feel bad!
How can a person whom you've placed your trust turn out to be hostile?
Despite your friendly gesture, how can people misjudge you without your knowledge?
Why people hurt without your slightest provocation?
No matter how I feel, I've to move on...
There are certain unanswered questions whose answers I'll never get, nor do I bother now.
My posts will be regularized soon...
                                                               ...Bye for now...

KEEP A-GOIN’
Author: by Frank L. Stanton (1857-1927)
If you strike a thorn or rose,
Keep a-goin'!
If it hails or if it snows,
Keep a-goin'!
'Taint no use to sit an' whine
When the fish ain't on your line;
Bait your hook an' keep a-tryin'--
Keep a-goin'!

When the weather kills your crop,
Keep a-goin'!
Though 'tis work to reach the top,
Keep a-goin'!
S'pose you're out o' ev'ry dime,
Gittin' broke ain't any crime;
Tell the world you're feelin' prime--
Keep a-goin'!

When it looks like all is up,
Keep a-goin'!
Drain the sweetness from the cup,
Keep a-goin'!
See the wild birds on the wing,
Hear the bells that sweetly ring,
When you feel like singin', sing--
Keep a-goin'!
